Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking Enterprise Solutions Senior Consultants to lead IT/ERP transformations, shaping architecture, performance analysis, and value realization. You will guide complex ERP programs across global teams, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and work with clients on digital transformation initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in IT/ERP consulting, strong stakeholder leadership, and fluency with Gen AI tools; travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, software development, or IT project management.
• Experience independently managing modules/workstreams in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations (waterfall or agile).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Willingness to travel globally; experience coordinating across large organizations.
• Gen AI tool fluency and ability to validate AI-driven outputs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and governance structures.
• Lead large ERP or similar programs, defining deployment strategies and quality assurance.
• Drive value realization by linking IT investments to business outcomes and cost optimization.
• Contribute to organizational change by guiding teams through new processes and operating models.
• Mentor teams, manage risks, and communicate progress to executives.
