Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking experienced Enterprise Solutions Managers for BCG Platinion. The role focuses on ERP programs, architecture, organizational change, and strategic technology deployments across global clients.

The position requires extensive IT/ERP consulting experience, leadership in multiple ERP cycles, and strong communication skills. Travel to client sites is anticipated as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, engineering, IT, or business management.
• Six+ years of practical IT/ERP consulting, software development, or IT project management experience.
• Experience in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations and managing modules/workstreams across all phases.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Gen AI tool fluency and ability to validate AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative, cross-functional team engagement with stakeholders and development teams.
• Develop nuanced transformation roadmaps, cost estimation, and resource plans for ERP deployments.
• Translate business needs into target state IT requirements and recommend packaged software
• Lead organizational change by restructuring processes and operating models.
• Drive client management and governance to ensure project success.
