Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company redefining life sciences data testing. We seek a junior QA Engineer to own day-to-day QA, improve test automation, and evolve AI-forward testing alongside our growing platform.

You’ll begin with hands-on testing and grow into broader automation ownership as the team modernizes QA within an AI-centric roadmap. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of QA experience, solid Java/SQL foundations, and familiarity with CI/CD and test automation tools.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in building a career in QA and automation.
• Entry-level to 1-2 years of QA or testing experience.
• Comfortable moving between technical detail and business context.
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI coding models.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA across releases: new data connectors, schema changes, customer rollouts, platform upgrades.
• Help cut down false-failure noise in the test suite and improve how efficiently it runs.
• Get close enough to the business logic behind our data pipelines to know if tests test the right thing.
• Build new automations as new features roll out.
