CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems across internal workflows and customer experiences, partnering across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Legal, and Operations.

You will own end-to-end use cases from discovery to launch, monitoring, and iteration. You will prototype AI agents, LLM applications, and RAG workflows, delivering measurable impact in adoption, reliability, and business outcomes with strong governance

Formación

• 2+ years in software/AI engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, model APIs, prompt engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python or another modern backend language.
• Experience deploying production systems with APIs, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, logging, monitoring, and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Discover, prioritize, and build AI use cases across internal tools and customer-facing features.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, security, legal, and ops to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Prototype AI agents, LLM applications, RAG workflows, and automation features.
• Productionize validated AI use cases with evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Develop reusable patterns for prompt management, tool use, evals, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Uphold responsible AI practices including privacy, security, governance, and risk review.
