Job summary

Serotonin is building an intelligence layer to power go-to-market decisions across social, on-chain, and paid media signals. You’ll design and maintain data pipelines, agentic workflows, and full‑stack applications that make intelligence repeatable and scalable across client accounts.

You’ll work closely with marketing leads and client teams to understand real workflows, ship live, measurable solutions, and continuously improve how teams operate with AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering foundation with production experience.
• Experience designing multi-source data pipelines and AI-powered workflows.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting layers used by non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and data modeling for scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agentic systems that collect, process, and surface signals from multiple sources.
• Design data pipelines, enrich and model data, and create semantic layers for AI agents.
• Develop multi-step AI agents for research, synthesis, monitoring, and reporting.
• Create full-stack dashboards and tools for client accounts and internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, content, and growth teams to map workflows and reduce signal friction.
• Stay ahead of AI tooling and define measurable impact, with robust reporting.
