Job summary

Serotonin is building an intelligence layer and seeks a software/AI engineer to own it end to end. You will design data pipelines, agentic workflows, and full‑stack dashboards that scale across client accounts.

Youll work with marketing leads and client teams, shipping live, measurable systems, focusing on production-grade code, memory-enabled AI agents, and robust data models. Remote-friendly, US-based.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for pipelines, agents, and data processing.
• Active GitHub with meaningful commit history.
• Experience building REST/GraphQL integrations.
• Strong SQL and schema design experience.
• Full-stack development with Next.js or equivalent.
• Experience using LLM APIs and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agentic systems collecting signals from social/on-chain data and ads ecosystems.
• Design data pipelines ingesting from multiple APIs and modeling data for AI use.
• Develop multi-step AI agents with memory and structured outputs for teams.
• Create full-stack dashboards for intelligence access across client accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and client teams to map workflows and reduce signal gaps.
• Stay ahead of AI tooling, choosing no-code when appropriate and building when needed.
