Job summary

Kriya Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate agentic AI systems and retrieval pipelines that enable our data to power AI tools. You will join the ACAI team to deliver production-grade systems while upholding security and governance standards.

The role focuses on implementing agentic AI, RAG workflows, and MCP connectors, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate scientific needs into reliable tech solutions and practical deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 3-7+ years as software/ML/AI engineer with agentic systems leadership.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, AWS Bedrock/AgentCore, or similar.
• Experience building RAG systems with embeddings and vector databases.
• Strong Python for API development and integration (MCP, REST).
• Experience with AWS services and Databricks; data engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems and LLM tools.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and vector search over internal data.
• Develop data pipelines from datalake to AI applications with governance.
• Apply software engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring.
• Collaborate across CMC, Clinical, Corporate Strategy, Legal, Finance.
• Provide technical leadership on agent architecture and mentor teammates.
