Verizon is seeking a hands-on Engineer I - Systems Engineering (Generative AI & Agentic Systems) to advance autonomous AI workflows, graph-driven pipelines, and edge voice features for field technicians. You’ll deploy intelligent agents powering real-time decision engines and integrate LangChain/LangGraph with Neo4j-backed data stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience in software engineering and systems engineering with AI/ML development.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and enterprise AI delivery.

Responsabilités

• Architect, build, and maintain multi-agent AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Design data pipelines linking graph databases with search and caching layers.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python for edge voice features.
• Build and fine‑tune ML models with PyTorch and TensorFlow for NLP and decision flows.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Jenkins and Docker for scalable microservices.
