Job summary

Hillpointe, a fully integrated real estate development and investment management firm, seeks an AI Systems Specialist to design, build, and deploy Claude-driven workflows across Finance, Construction, Investments, Asset Management, HR, Legal, and internal tools.

You will work directly with leadership to move projects from discovery to deployment, training, and ongoing support, balancing practical judgment on where to apply AI, code, or human review, and delivering reliable systems teams can

Qualifications

Portfolio of AI tools, automations, or applications built and deployed for real users.
Hands-on experience with Claude or comparable platforms, document processing, structured outputs, and AI coding tools.
Ability to translate departmental expertise into reusable instructions, knowledge resources, and task-specific Claude skills.
Ability to write and troubleshoot Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; work with APIs, SQL, spreadsheets, and PDFs; deploy internal applications using version control.

Responsibilities

Design, test, deploy Claude-based workflows across multiple departments.
Build internal tools and integrations using Claude and AI development tools.
Create and maintain Claude skills with clear inputs, outputs, and escalation rules.
Deploy applications with authentication, permissions, and storage; train users and monitor adoption.
