Confluent Health is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in a outpatient setting in Indian Land, SC. The role includes evaluating patients, creating plans, and delivering hands-on treatment with progress monitoring.

You'll work with AI clinical documentation support to reduce after-hours charting, participate in continuing education, and pursue board certifications with the support of a 401(k) match and benefits package.

Qualificações

About

Compensation: $40-$50/hour inclusive of productivity incentives, with additionalcompensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
