Job summary

State Street is seeking an Officer for the AI Strategy & Product Management team to accelerate AI adoption across the enterprise. You will bridge business objectives and technical execution, leading stakeholder engagement and shaping the AI platform roadmap.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and experience in cross-functional coordination with business, data, product, and technology teams. Primary location is Boston with multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with State Street's enterprise strategy and key drivers.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of enterprise data assets and AI deployment models.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI POD activities across business and technology stakeholders.
• Frame intake requirements and prioritization for AI opportunities.
• Develop business cases assessing value, feasibility, and strategic fit for AI initiatives.
• Track AI initiatives from ideation to implementation with alignment across teams.
• Translate requirements into actionable product and technical considerations.
• Help evolve the AI platform roadmap and development priorities.
• Evaluate AI deployment models and business-use-case implementations.
• Support governance, metrics, and periodic reviews of AI programs.
• Prepare presentations and executive updates for senior leadership.
