Job summary

State Street seeks a strategic Officer to join the AI Strategy & Product Management team. You will accelerate AI adoption and scale capabilities across the organization, translating business needs into AI initiatives. Reporting to the VP, you will bridge business objectives with technical delivery.

Collaborating with business, data, product, and technology teams, you will develop business cases, govern AI programs, and prepare executive-level communications to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise strategy, business drivers.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• High-level understanding of enterprise data assets and AI deployment models.
• Ability to translate complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of AI Product Operating Domains (PODs) across stakeholders.
• Assist in framing AI opportunities and prioritization criteria.
• Contribute to business cases that assess value and feasibility.
• Help manage AI initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Translate requirements into actionable product and technical considerations.
• Contribute to the AI platform roadmap and priority setting.
