Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, GCA Technology Lead, Strategy & Transformation for an 18-month duration-based role based in New Brunswick, NJ. You will shape AI-enabled strategy, drive transformation, and partner across Corporate Communications, Finance, Legal, and other teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead enterprise-scale initiatives, establish governance, and build a knowledge-management roadmap while advancing the Product Operating Model across Global Corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years in technology, strategy, digital transformation, product management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of people leadership in tech | product | strategy roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs with measurable value.
• Experience in a Product Operating Model environment.
• Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, governance, OKRs, business cases, and value realization.
• Experience applying generative AI, agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot in business contexts.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, privacy, security, risk, governance, data ethics, compliant AI.
• Experience driving AI readiness, workforce fluency, organizational change management, technology adoption.
• Knowledge management, enterprise content management, workflow automation, data/analytics strategy, risk/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive GCA Technology Strategy and Transformation roadmap.
• Lead strategic technology assessments to modernize processes and ecosystems.
• Drive adoption and maturity of the Product Operating Model across GCA Technology.
• Lead GCA’s AI readiness strategy and governance.
• Promote adoption of AI solutions and emerging technologies.
• Establish AI governance, metrics, and adoption frameworks.
• Develop enterprise knowledge and content management strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformational initiatives.
• Oversee a portfolio of capabilities and products supporting AI and digital experiences.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners.
• Build capabilities for AI fluency and continuous learning.
• Measure success via OKRs, adoption, and value realization.
