Qualifications

• Seven+ years hands-on AI, data analytics, or engineering experience.
• Five+ years delivering technical solutions for public sector clients, esp. State Health/Medicaid.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an AI strategy and use-case portfolio for State Health and Medicaid.
• Lead engagements from strategy to implementation with outcomes-focused delivery.
• Translate health/Medicaid challenges into AI/ML analytics solutions using cloud platforms.
• Partner with IT, privacy, security, legal, and procurement to ensure policy alignment.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and guide data pipelines, governance, and production readiness.
• Support capture, proposals, and growth in State Health priorities.
