Job summary

OU Health is seeking an AI Specialist in the IT Information Security department. The role focuses on strategic AI innovation, governance, and enterprise AI literacy to realize AI value across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with security, risk, compliance, legal, and ethics teams; evolve responsible AI policies; manage the AI portfolio and measure ROI; and define operating models to scale AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years IT experience including AI.
• Certification in AI such as CAIE or AIFC is required.
• Ability to align AI initiatives with enterprise strategy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Participates in AI governance bodies and evolves AI policies.
• Collaborates with security, risk, compliance, and legal teams to address regulatory needs.
• Manages AI portfolio and measures ROI of AI initiatives.
• Drives AI literacy and architecture strategy across the enterprise.
