Hillel International seeks a Director of AI Strategy & Enablement to lead a movement-wide effort to build AI capability across the network and empower teams to adopt AI responsibly and effectively.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Organizational Learning, you will collaborate with Technology Services and cross-department teams to redesign workflows, establish governance, and scale practical AI adoption across multiple sites in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Significant leadership in AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable workstreams.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in governance and responsible AI concepts.

• Lead strategy for organization-wide AI adoption and enablement.
• Partner with teams to identify opportunities and redesign workflows for AI use.
• Build a peer network for sharing best practices and scaling AI capabilities.
• Establish principles for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI use.
