Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MHA/MPH preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, consulting, product management, healthcare operations, or tech-enabled delivery.
• 5+ years at a top-tier consulting firm leading client engagements and executive recommendations.
• 5+ years partnering with health systems, hospitals, ambulatory care, or post-acute providers.
• 5+ years leading large cross-functional programs and implementing AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation engagements from strategy through implementation and value realization.
• Serve as a senior client advisor, guiding decisions and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated AI solutions in complex environments.
• Build and expand relationships with health system executives and operational leaders.
• Identify, qualify, and shape strategic AI opportunities across clinical care, revenue, and operations.
• Lead or support proposals, executive presentations, and pricing discussions.
