Job summary

TriHire Solutions seeks a hands-on AI leader to build and run our enterprise AI capability across a decentralized global business. You will advise on AI initiatives company-wide, guiding from idea to deployment while setting practical standards for security, risk, and governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, architecture, or data engineering.
• Recent hands-on experience building production AI/ML or automation solutions.
• Experience leading projects, consultants, or small (including offshore) teams.
• Strong Python, SQL, APIs.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector search, agent workflows.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and enterprise controls.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable advising execs and training users.
• Comfortable in an evolving, decentralized environment.

Responsibilities
