Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Manager Consultant to support AI transformation journeys and expand our AI Advisory practice. The role blends consulting and product management to help clients leverage AI, ML, and analytics while guiding solutions through delivery lifecycles.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, build client relationships, and apply product ownership best practices with cross-functional teams, including possible travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience in consulting, product management, technology, or digital transformation roles, including client-facing environments.
• 3+ years of experience with data platforms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements from discovery through implementation, helping clients identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to achieve business objectives.
• Build trusted client relationships and translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Assist in developing AI strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations.
• Apply product management and product ownership principles to define roadmaps, backlogs, and feature delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery while balancing priorities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to drive delivery and continuous improvement.
• Maintain understanding of AI technologies, product management frameworks, and market trends.
• Identify project risks and help ensure delivery within timelines and scope.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and solution discussions.
• Coach and mentor staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Collaborate across EisnerAmper service lines to deliver long-term client value.
