Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a senior AI/PM consultant to lead client engagements from discovery to implementation, shaping AI strategies and roadmaps in line with business goals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions, manage backlogs, and guide delivery while mentoring junior staff. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
6–8 years of experience in consulting, product management, technology, or digital transformation roles, including client-facing experience.
3+ years of experience working with data platforms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or related technology solutions.
Experience in Agile software development environments and collaboration with technical delivery teams.
Experience with Generative AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder prioritization.
Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions and delivering software products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Support client engagements from discovery through implementation, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies.
Build trusted client relationships, gather requirements, and translate business challenges into practical technology and AI solutions.
Develop AI strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations aligned with client priorities and organizational goals.
Define, prioritize, and manage solution roadmaps, backlogs, and feature delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions while balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and user needs.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain knowledge of AI technologies, product management frameworks, market trends, and enterprise platforms.
Identify project risks, communicate recommendations, and support delivery within established timelines and scope.
Support business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and solution discussions.
Coach, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to staff and senior consultants.
Collaborate across EisnerAmper service lines to deliver integrated, long-term client solutions.
Occasionally work extended hours or travel to client locations and/or firm offices as required.
