Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Applied AI to lead the delivery of production‑grade AI solutions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. You will guide both technical and non‑technical teams through development, deployment, and adoption, ensuring measurable business value and robust data infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 4–6 years relevant experience.
Strong programming in Python and SQL.
Experience deploying AI/ML on major clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
GenAI development: LLM APIs, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering.
Proficient in MLOps and DevSecOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD).
Experience building data/ML pipelines (Spark, Kafka).

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex AI initiatives and ensure quality and risk management.
Coach team and mentor on technical aspects.
Manage engagement economics and resource planning.
Conduct code and design reviews and provide mentorship.
Identify opportunities for additional services and lead RFP responses.
