Job summary

EY’s Applied AI team is seeking a Manager to lead production‑grade AI solutions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. You will guide both technical and non‑technical teams in development, deployment, and adoption of AI offerings and the underpinning data infrastructure.

With deep AI/ML engineering expertise, you’ll shape model selection, deployment patterns, and address security and responsible‑AI considerations while coaching your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years relevant experience
• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Experience deploying AI/ML on AWS/Azure/GCP and with Snowflake/Databricks
• Generative AI development: LLM APIs, RAG, agent workflows, prompts
• MLOps/DevSecOps tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
• Experience building data/ML pipelines (Spark, Kafka)

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery: architect, build, ship AI solutions and track status
• Manage engagement economics and resource planning
• Conduct code/design reviews and provide technical mentorship
• Identify opportunities for additional services and lead RFP responses
