Your focus

• You will support C-level executives and managers in positioning, developing, and implementing AI target visions and roadmaps.
• You will evaluate and prioritize use case portfolios according to business impact, feasibility, and regulatory risk.
• You observe AI trends and derive robust business cases with ROI, TCO, and scaling potential.
• You support the introduction and scaling of AI solutions, moderate workshops, and develop data-driven business models.
• You expand your AI portfolio and partner ecosystem and acquire new projects.

Ready for Detecon?

• Successfully completed degree in STEM subjects or business administration, as well as many years of experience in consulting on data and AI strategies.
• Ability to work at the interface of strategy and technology, combined with strong sales skills.
• Expertise in machine learning, generative & agentic AI, and cloud infrastructures for developing customized solutions.
• Very good analytical and strategic thinking skills, creativity, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel for projects (domestic or international, depending on preference) and business fluent German and English skills.
