Job summary

Konrad seeks a Manager on our Strategy team to oversee large-scale, cross-functional programs for global clients embracing AI-driven digital transformation.

You will lead AI and product strategy initiatives, work with Strategy, Design, and Technology teams, mentor junior members, and partner with C-suite stakeholders to deliver human-centered, scalable solutions.

This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration several days per week and travel as needed to engage with clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• A passion for great user experiences, product innovation, and AI technology.
• Ability to structure complex problems and guide clients to clear viewpoints.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Comfort with presenting and executive workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead on strategic AI and product strategy programs.
• Manage cross-functional teams and advise executive clients on goals and growth.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact, manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for business development with existing clients.
• Direct creation of AI-forward digital solutions and operating models.
• Drive collaboration between Strategy, Design and Technology teams.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and planning sessions.
• Oversee high-impact presentations and RFP responses for senior audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
