Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 9 years combined experience in consulting, business transformation or technology advisory.
Experience leading customer-facing workshops and strategic advisory initiatives.
Experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic engagements helping financial institutions move from AI interest to high-value execution.
Partner with AI team to guide board strategy, risk governance, employee adoption, and agent enablement.
Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and build consensus.
