Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an AI Consultant to lead strategic engagements that move financial institutions from AI interest to practical, high-value execution. As the lead advisor, you’ll partner with our AI team to guide boards, risk governance, adoption, and agent enablement.

This hybrid role requires one day per week in Cedar Falls, IA (and other listed offices). You’ll design workshops, map processes, assess ROI, and develop concise recommendations for AI-powered solutions across Finance, HR,

Qualifications

• Nine years in consulting, transformation or technology advisory in financial services.
• Experience leading customer-facing workshops and executive engagements.
• Proven ability to present to senior leadership and boards.
• Experience building generative AI solutions for business partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements to map AI opportunities in finance, HR, legal, marketing and operations.
• Facilitate value stream mapping and AI intervention workshops.
• Design workshops with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and AI solutions.
• Assess feasibility, ROI and develop concise recommendations for AI-powered solutions.
• Partner with IT and business units to implement AI initiatives and support change management.
• Stay current on Generative AI advances and best practices.
