Qualifications

• 9+ years combined experience in consulting, business transformation, or technology advisory.
• Experience leading customer-facing workshops and presenting to senior leadership/boards.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business process discovery across Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Operations at a high level.
• Facilitate value stream mapping to visualize current state processes and identify AI intervention opportunities.
• Design and lead workshops with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and build consensus on AI-driven solutions.
• Apply knowledge of generative AI technologies to identify practical applications in business processes.
• Evaluate feasibility, ROI, and develop clear recommendations for AI-powered solutions.
• Partner with IT and functional teams to support AI solution implementation and change management.
• Contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing on AI applications.
