Job summary

Keystone is seeking a Consultant and AI Agent Manager to drive AI-native strategy work and lead delivery using agentic AI systems. You will scope complex business problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and translate findings into actionable client recommendations.

You will also build and supervise AI-enabled workflows, manage AI agents, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and executives to ensure high-impact outcomes. This role demands pragmatic, hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, AI strategy, or rigorous analytical project work.
• High comfort using AI tools and agentic workflows directly in professional work.
• Ability to evaluate AI-assisted outputs for quality, relevance, and client readiness.
• Proven ability to translate research and inputs into polished client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous client problems into workplans, hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations.
• Manage AI agents for quality, integration, human-in-the-loop review, and project outcomes.
• Design repeatable AI-enabled workflows with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and executive communications.
