Job description

Deploying Jinba into a large enterprise is only half the work. The other half is deciding which workflows are worth automating, convincing the people who run them, and making sure the automation is still in daily use six months later. That is this role.

You will sit with the customer's business teams, map how work actually flows through the company, pick the processes where automation pays off first, and drive the rollout that follows. Our Forward Deployed Engineers build the integrations. You decide what gets built and make the adoption succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Map a customer's processes and identify the workflows where automation returns the most, soonest
  • Turn those into a sequenced adoption plan: pilot, proof, expansion across teams
  • Run workshops and training with business users, and win over the teams whose work changes
  • Define what success looks like in numbers, then track usage and outcomes against it
  • Own the executive relationship alongside Sales, and report progress to sponsors
  • Feed what you learn in the field back into the product roadmap
  • Build the playbooks, templates and case studies that make the next rollout faster
Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years in management consulting, business transformation, or enterprise customer success
  • A track record of change that stuck: a process you redesigned or a tool you rolled out that people still use
  • Comfortable moving between a working team and an executive sponsor in the same day

Business fluency

  • Able to learn an unfamiliar industry's operations quickly and talk credibly about them
  • Experience in regulated industries such as finance, insurance or manufacturing is a plus

AI and product fluency

  • Confident using AI products and a clear sense of what they do well and where they break
  • Able to read a workflow, judge whether it is a good automation candidate, and scope it with an engineer
  • Technical enough to be taken seriously by an IT team, without needing to write the integration yourself
Strong Signals
  • Consultants from McKinsey, BCG or Bain, especially in operations, digital or transformation practices
  • Enterprise customer success, value engineering or adoption roles at a B2B software company
  • Anyone who has driven a company-wide rollout of a new tool and can describe what made it work
Mindset
  • Outcome obsessed: a launched pilot is not the goal, a workflow people rely on is
  • Willing to travel: 10-20% to customer sites
  • Entrepreneurial: you will define how adoption works here, on a small team, with real accounts from day one
