Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an AI Storage Solutions Lead to drive proofs of concept and orchestrate the integration of Dell storage solutions into customer AI environments across Santa Clara, Seattle, or Hopkinton. You will partner with AI-native customers and cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of Dell AI storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in hands-on technical role within enterprise storage, data infrastructure, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or technical pre-sales.
• Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot storage solutions in live customer environments.
• Experience working with Neocloud providers, GPU cloud environments, or large-scale AI infrastructure deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PoCs including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation of Dell storage solutions within customer environments.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers, translating business and technical requirements into optimized storage solutions for AI and machine learning workloads.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and customers to accelerate solution adoption and drive continuous improvements through field feedback and best practices development.
• Support successful integration of Dell storage into GPU infrastructure, AI data pipelines, and large-scale AI environments.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent customer engagements while helping scale Dell's AI Select Storage business.
