Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex software products.
• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst before transitioning to Technical PM.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based products.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading Agile software delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI Agents, MCP, RAG, vector databases, or LLMOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and software projects from discovery through production.
• Define solution approaches and delivery strategy with engineers and product managers.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Drive discovery, analysis, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and solution design sessions.
• Review stories, APIs, integrations, and workflows for readiness.
• Identify risks and dependencies early in the lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering teams and remove blockers for efficient delivery.
• Ensure complete, accurate technical documentation and alignment.
• Support release planning, UAT, production rollouts, and post-release activities.
• Collaborate with leadership on delivery planning and stakeholder communication.
