Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, or AI-related experience.
• 3+ years applying AI tools in business environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI-enabled solution requirements.
• Design and build lightweight AI agents and workflow automations using approved enterprise tools.
• Identify data readiness gaps and partner cross-functionally to address them.
• Support monthly business cadence and operational decision cycles with AI-enabled insights.
• Establish repeatable frameworks for responsible AI usage within business functions.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for AI initiatives.
• Measure and communicate value realization, productivity impact, and decision-quality improvements.
• Partner with D&T and DBI to transition prototypes into scalable solutions.
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI-enabled tools through enablement, documentation and change management.
• Ensure AI solutions align with standardized enterprise processes and systems.
• Promote enterprise mindset and scalable AI practices.
