Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field, or four years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or related discipline.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into actionable specs.
• Experience documenting workflows and decision logic for technical teams.
• Understanding of what AI-native solutions can/cannot do.
• Experience defining measurable success criteria and baselines.
• Experience owning a solution post-launch, including adoption and iteration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building across levels.

Responsibilities

• Intake and Discovery: review AI solution requests and map current processes with business rules and data sources.
• Solution Design: specify required functionality, data access, user approvals, and success metrics.
• Adoption and Iteration: train staff, monitor performance, and refine solutions based on real-world use.
