Job summary

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to lead AI-native projects across departments. You will map current processes, define requirements, and partner with teams to ensure solutions are adopted and accurate after launch.

Reporting to the Director, AI Systems & Integration, you will manage multiple programs, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and ensure measurable success criteria are defined before work begins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, CS, or an equivalent.
• 3+ years in project management, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate to specs for technical teams.
• Experience documenting workflows and decision logic for build teams.
• Understanding AI-native solutions and their limits.
• Define measurable success criteria before projects start and measure results.
• Owns solutions post-launch with user adoption and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Intake and Discovery: review requests, meet with leadership, document processes, create maps and data inventories.
• Solution Design: specify functions, boundaries, data sources, and approvals; set success measures before work begins.
• Adoption and Iteration: train staff, monitor usage, and refine solutions based on real-world results.
