A technology-focused organization is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to help deliver intelligent applications that combine modern software engineering with generative AI capabilities.

This role is centered on building and operationalizing AI-powered solutions that solve customer and business challenges at scale. You'll work across the full lifecycle of AI-enabled applications, from designing integrations and deploying new capabilities to establishing monitoring, evaluation, and performance standards.

The ideal candidate has experience taking AI initiatives beyond proof-of-concept and into production environments where reliability, scalability, and measurable business impact matter. This position offers the opportunity to work on highly visible initiatives while partnering closely with engineering and product teams on the future of AI-driven experiences.Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in production environments

• 4+ years of experience implementing AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered capabilities in commercial applications

• Strong programming experience with Python, Go, Java, or similar technologies

• Experience building APIs, backend services, and scalable application architectures

• Experience integrating AI technologies into customer-facing or business-critical platforms

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern application development practices
