Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer - II to join a remote, 12-month engagement focused on AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

The role favors West Coast candidates, with East Coast acceptable and flexible hours around PT 9:00–17:00, enabling collaboration across Digital, Data Management, and Translational Medicine teams. The ideal candidate combines strong software development with advanced R expertise and Python, plus experience building automated, production-ready

Title: Software Developer - II

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Location & Schedule

Fully remote; preference for candidates on the West Coast due to potential future conversion opportunities.

Flexible schedule with core collaboration hours generally around 9:00 AM-5:00 PM PT.

East Coast candidates are acceptable.

Team & Environment

• Newly formed 6-person team focused on AI strategy, AI integration, biomarkers, clinical data, and translational medicine initiatives.
• Collaborative environment with frequent interaction across Digital, Data Management, and Translational Medicine teams.
• Role is primarily independent work with weekly team meetings and regular Teams collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and productionize AI-enabled solutions.
• Support automated QC initiatives through coding and workflow development.
• Troubleshoot, collaborate, and align with team priorities.
• Minimal presentation responsibilities; mainly status updates during team meetings.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong software development background.
