ManpowerGroup is seeking an AI Specialist to join a technology and innovation team in St. Peters, MO. You will build AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI agents, and automation, and integrate them with enterprise systems.

The role requires strong software engineering, hands-on AI interest, and the ability to drive projects from design to deployment. A Bachelor's degree is required; onsite work five days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills with API experience.
• Hands-on AI tech experience or strong interest (LLMs, agents, chatbots, RAG).
• Ability to drive projects from design to deployment.
• Curiosity and adaptability to solve complex business challenges with AI.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Develop agentic AI solutions, chatbots, and voice AI experiences that seamlessly integrate with enterprise systems.
• Design and support full-stack applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
• Integrate AI solutions with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Fabric, APIs, and other business tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve AI applications to meet organizational needs.
