Job summary

Philips is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise AI solutions that transform business processes across the organization.

The role combines Generative AI, Microsoft Power Platform, Databricks, and modern software engineering to deliver intelligent applications, automation, and data‑driven solutions. You will work with business leaders to identify opportunities and prototype capabilities, while ensuring secure, reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience developing enterprise software, AI, automation, or intelligent business solutions.
• Experience building apps using Microsoft Power Platform, Databricks, SQL, and Python for AI and business applications, including LLM-enabled apps and AI agents.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions with stakeholders and deliver outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to learn emerging technologies.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions from concept through production, overseeing testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build AI-powered business applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) to streamline operations.
• Develop scalable data and AI solutions with Databricks, SQL, and Python to support analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and prototype capabilities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, and Claude Code to accelerate development while ensuring quality and security.
