Job summary

Philips in Nashville is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise AI solutions. You will work with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, and deploy intelligent applications across the business.

You will create AI-powered business apps with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), and develop data solutions with Databricks, SQL, and Python while ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, automation, or intelligent business solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), Databricks, SQL, Python.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and work with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solver with ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions from concept through production.
• Build AI-powered business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop scalable data and AI solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software development while maintaining quality and security.
