Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking an AI Solution Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI capabilities across the organization. You will work across business and technology teams to translate ideas into secure, scalable solutions using the Microsoft AI platform, Azure Foundry, and Power Platform.

This senior individual contributor role emphasizes governance, security, and responsible AI, with opportunities to grow into broader capability leadership as the AI function matures.

Qualifications

• Experience developing applications in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, APIs, integrations).
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services or similar AI/ML platforms.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, or Copilot Studio).
• Strong programming skills (Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and enterprise data sources.
• Ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and automations using Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry, including copilots and agent-based workflows.
• Develop scalable integrations across enterprise systems, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
• Develop prompts, workflows, and model orchestration strategies for real-world use cases.
