Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and maintain AI-enabled applications and data pipelines for Translational Medicine. The role emphasizes secure, well-documented, and reproducible software aligned with enterprise governance and responsible AI practices.

You will translate stakeholder requirements into scalable data products, dashboards, and automated QC workflows, collaborating with data scientists and enterprise technology teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field (CS/Software/Data Science/Bioinformatics).
• Experience building data-intensive software and AI-enabled apps.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in regulated life sciences environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI-enabled applications and dashboards.
• Develop reusable data pipelines and automation workflows.
• Ensure security, documentation, and version control across solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and IT teams.
