Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discovery to understand users, workflows, pain points, data, systems and outcomes.
• Translate business problems into hypotheses, success criteria and viable production slices.
• Apply AI architecture and engineering understanding to design, integrate and deploy AI-native solutions.
• Collaborate with FDEs, product managers and engineers to configure and integrate AI platforms and accelerators.
• Contribute to prototyping, data analysis, workflow design, prompt/context design and user feedback cycles.
• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable and observable with appropriate human oversight and fallback paths.
• Drive work with urgency and ownership in fast-moving environments.
• Support customer adoption through enablement and tracking of usage and business value.
• Capture field insights and convert needs into reusable assets and roadmap inputs.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly in structured discussions and presentations.
