Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, integrations and data handling.
• Track record building workflow automation and internal tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI.
• Ability to integrate multiple systems within existing environments.
• Able to translate business problems into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow, process, and automation opportunities with business teams.
• Design and build AI-powered internal tools, applications, and automations.
• Develop integrations across existing business systems using Python, APIs, data pipelines.
• Build LLM-powered solutions, agents, and workflows with platforms like OpenAI or similar.
• Connect AI capabilities with enterprise apps, data platforms, CRM, marketing, and operations.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve data access and usability.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, gather feedback, and move concepts to production.
• Create reusable tools and automation patterns scalable across teams.
• Document solutions and help business users adopt what you build.
