We’re working with an established national organization looking to add an AI Solutions Developer to its team. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying business problems and building practical AI, automation, and integration solutions that improve how teams work.

This is not a research or pure data science role. The right person is a strong technical builder who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, understanding existing workflows and systems, and turning manual or inefficient processes into working solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with business teams to identify workflow, process, and automation opportunities
• Design and build AI-powered internal tools, applications, and automations
• Develop integrations across existing business systems using Python, APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Build LLM-powered solutions, agents, and workflows using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar technologies
• Connect AI capabilities with enterprise applications, data platforms, CRM, marketing, and operational systems
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards that make business and operational data easier to access and use
• Rapidly prototype solutions, gather stakeholder feedback, and move successful concepts into production
• Build reusable tools and automation patterns that can scale across multiple teams and use cases
• Document solutions and help business users understand and adopt what you build

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on development experience with Python
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, integrations, and data
• Track record of building workflow automation, process optimization, or internal business tools
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs / Generative AI
• Experience integrating multiple systems and working within existing technology environments
• Ability to understand a business problem and translate it into a practical technical solution
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience taking solutions from initial concept through implementation and adoption

• Automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate
