sg360 is seeking an AI Solutions Developer to design, build, and deploy secure AI-enabled automation that integrates with ERP and client systems. You will work on LLM agent pipelines, AWS serverless infrastructure, backend services, and problem-solving to route decisions with human approvals.

The role requires 3–6 years in software/cloud/AI, a CS-related degree, and strong skills in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, SQL, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of software, cloud, backend, or AI engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting production AI/ML solutions across AI, cloud, backend, or data environments.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into concrete, secure implementations and explain designs to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agent pipelines using approved LLM platforms and APIs.
• Develop secure integrations with SQL databases, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Enforce validated outputs with strong controls and human approval checkpoints.
• Diagnose production behavior and fix issues via prompts, schemas, or workflow changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements and compliance.
