Job summary

Andromeda is launching an AI practice and seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to build practical AI solutions, prototype automations, and evaluate emerging technologies. You will work directly with our CEO to shape early offerings and grow into technical leadership as the practice expands.

You will design client-facing AI solutions, document successful approaches, and focus on business outcomes. A self-motivated, learning-oriented mindset is essential in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one modern programming language.
• Experience with APIs or system integrations.
• GitHub profile, portfolio, or examples of AI projects, automations, integrations, or software help demonstrate abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build internal AI tools that improve Andromeda’s efficiency.
• Prototype automations and integrations using AI, APIs, MCP servers, and modern platforms.
• Research emerging technologies and determine whether they solve real business problems.
• Help design and build client-facing AI solutions as the practice grows.
• Document what works so successful ideas can become repeatable services.
• Adapt to varying workloads, sometimes building multiple things in a short period.
