Job summary

A leading business consulting firm is seeking a Mid-Senior level AI Practitioner to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions, oversee deployed AI tools, and stay current on AI trends. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, solid programming skills, and a collaborative, innovative mindset. Full-time position based in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience developing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and/or large language models.
• Familiarity with AI tools and APIs for automation, NLP, or data processing.
• Understanding of data management principles and AI model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, tools, and workflows.
• Oversee the lifecycle of deployed AI solutions.
• Partner with data engineers and business analysts to identify use cases.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
