Job summary

CFS is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to help clients identify, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that boost efficiency, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value.

The role combines AI development, systems integration, and technical consulting with direct client engagement; you will design deployments, integrate technologies into ERP/CRM, and support digital transformation across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, AI engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess business processes and identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and workflow solutions.
• Integrate AI technologies with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Lead client workshops, demonstrations, and AI adoption initiatives.
• Monitor solution performance and optimize for scalability, security, and business impact.
