Insight Global is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to identify business challenges and implement practical AI-driven solutions across the enterprise. You will work with VP-level leadership and stakeholders across the organization to translate needs into AI-enabled workflows that deliver measurable business impact.

This role bridges AI, automation, and business systems, owning solutions from problem discovery through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or enterprise tech initiatives.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions across business functions.
• Experience building or supporting AI-enabled workflows adopted by multiple users.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, or automation platforms.

• We're looking for individuals who have personally implemented AI solutions at an enterprise scale, not simply used AI tools.
• Enterprise experience means identifying a business problem, building an AI-enabled solution, deploying it across teams, departments, or business functions, and driving user adoption. Personal AI use, individual productivity gains, side projects, or limited team-level experimentation are not sufficient for this role.

About the Role

• Insight Global is partnering directly with a VP-level leader to hire an AI Solutions Analyst focused on identifying business challenges and implementing practical AI-driven solutions across the enterprise.
• This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, business systems, and digital transformation. You'll work directly with stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and build AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact.
• This is not a traditional reporting analyst role, prompt engineering role, or software engineering position. We are seeking someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by owning AI solutions from problem discovery through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Gather requirements and translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions
• Build, configure, deploy, and support AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and AI-powered workflows
• Develop integrations between AI platforms and enterprise applications
• Utilize APIs, automation tools, and platform configurations to connect systems and streamline business processes
• Optimize existing AI solutions through testing, troubleshooting, and user feedback
• Drive adoption through training, documentation, change management, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Support AI governance, security, and responsible AI initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with AI, automation, digital transformation, business systems, or enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience implementing solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms
• Experience building, deploying, configuring, or supporting AI agents, copilots, chatbots, or AI-powered workflows that were adopted by multiple users, teams, departments, or business functions
• Demonstrated experience identifying business problems and implementing AI-enabled solutions that delivered measurable outcomes
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, or workflow technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to own projects from concept through implementation
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make, UiPath, or similar automation platforms
• Python or scripting experience
• Experience integrating ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Teams, or similar enterprise platforms
• Experience supporting AI governance, security, risk, or compliance initiatives
