Job summary

AZXAZX is seeking a Solutions Engagement Manager to blend client delivery with engineering, embedding with clients in Seattle. You’ll translate needs into actionable engineering plans, define success metrics, and ensure value is realized through technical collaboration and disciplined delivery.

We value problem solvers who can navigate ambiguity, with 2-3 days on-site per week, deep AI/ML exposure, and a drive to connect technical outcomes to real business impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project, program, and/or product management with mid- to large-size customers.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or analytics; translating tech to business terms.
• Strong technical literacy for APIs, data pipelines, and ML deployment.
• Proven track record delivering custom software and data solutions with measurable impact.
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD.
• Able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand outcomes and translate into actionable engineering direction.
• Act as technical product manager for accounts: define what should be built and how success is measured.
• Push back on unclear or low-value requests by digging into the why behind client asks.
• Collaborate with engineering without assuming full management accountability for delivery.
• Lead planning, coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking across workstreams.
• Ensure projects align with client goals and company strategy; advise on process improvements.
